Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, shredded cheddar cheese, beaten egg, ketchup, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking pan.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
  5. Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
