Cheeseburger Casserole with Tater Tots
A comforting and easy-to-make casserole combining the flavors of cheeseburgers and tater tots.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots (32 oz)

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the diced tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
