Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Corn Tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 cup Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions Optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce in the baking dish.
  3. Fill each tortilla with shredded cheese and optional onions, then roll up and place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle with more cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
