- 1 head Cauliflower chopped
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
2. Add the chopped cauliflower and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer until the cauliflower is tender, about 20 minutes.
3. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
4. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
