Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower chopped
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
  2. 2. Add the chopped cauliflower and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer until the cauliflower is tender, about 20 minutes.
