Cauliflower Rice Stir-Fry
A quick and healthy stir-fry using cauliflower rice.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower riced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Mixed Vegetables chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 2 pcs Green Onions sliced
1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add mixed vegetables, cook for 5 minutes.
4. Stir in cauliflower rice, cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well.
6. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
