Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower riced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 2 pcs Green Onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add mixed vegetables, cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in cauliflower rice, cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well.
  6. 6. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
