Instructions
1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a food processor. Pulse until the cauliflower resembles rice grains.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
3. Add the cauliflower rice to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
