Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower medium-sized
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a food processor. Pulse until the cauliflower resembles rice grains.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add the cauliflower rice to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
  4. 4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
