Ingredients

Crust Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower chopped into florets
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ¼ cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ½ teaspoon Dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower florets until they are a rice-like consistency.
  3. Transfer the cauliflower to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes. Let it cool slightly.
  4. Place the cooked cauliflower in a cheesecloth or a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, beaten egg, dried oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and press it into a round or rectangular crust about ¼ inch thick.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and firm.
  8. Remove from the oven and add your favorite pizza toppings. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the toppings are cooked and the cheese is melted.
