Cauliflower Keto Casserole Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add cauliflower florets and cook for about 5 minutes until tender. Drain well.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
