Cauliflower Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower riced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables frozen or fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce low sodium
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 2 pcs Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add riced cauliflower and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Push the cauliflower and vegetables to one side of the pan and pour beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  6. 6. Mix everything together and add soy sauce. Stir well.
  7. 7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
