Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make a batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated, and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the coated cauliflower florets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
