Cashew Alfredo Sauce Recipe
A creamy, dairy-free Alfredo sauce made with cashews.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews soaked in water for at least 2 hours
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
2. In a blender, combine the cashews, water, nutritional yeast, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Serve over pasta or use as a sauce for vegetables.
