Cashew Alfredo Recipe
A creamy, dairy-free Alfredo sauce made with cashews.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Cashews soaked in water for 2 hours
- 2 cups Water
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Soak cashews in water for at least 2 hours.
2. Drain and rinse the cashews.
3. In a blender, combine soaked cashews, water, garlic, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
4. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
5. Serve over your favorite pasta.
