Main Ingredients
- 4 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup raisins
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
In a mixing bowl, combine grated carrots and raisins.
In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt.
Pour the dressing over the carrot and raisin mixture. Stir well to combine.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
