  • 4 cups Grated carrots
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the ghee in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the grated carrots and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they soften.
  3. 3. Pour in the milk and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer until the milk is reduced by half.
  4. 4. Add the sugar and cardamom powder. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped nuts if using. Serve warm or chilled.
