Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine grated carrots, sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  3. Add flour and baking powder to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
