Carrot Noodles Recipe
A light and healthy alternative to traditional pasta, made with fresh carrots.

Main Ingredients
- 4 large carrots peeled into ribbons
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Peel the carrots into ribbons using a vegetable peeler.
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
4. Add the carrot ribbons and cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly tender.
5. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve immediately.
