Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork shoulder cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add all ingredients to the pressure cooker.
  2. 2. Lock the lid and cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.
  3. 3. Allow the pressure to release naturally.
  4. 4. Shred the pork with two forks and mix with the juices.
  5. 5. Serve with tortillas and your favorite toppings.
