Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef stew meat cut into cubes
  • 4 potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  2. 2. Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in the beef broth, tomato sauce, cumin, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
