  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 6 tablespoon Butter unsalted
  • 0.5 cup Heavy Cream room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
  2. Once sugar is completely melted, add butter. Stir until butter is melted.
  3. Slowly pour in heavy cream while stirring. Allow mixture to boil for 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt. Let cool before using.
