Ingredients 

Dough

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 1 cup Milk warmed
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Caramel Sauce

  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • ½ cup Butter
  • ¼ cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of flour and yeast.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, heat milk, sugar, butter, and salt until warm.
  3. 3. Add milk mixture to flour mixture; beat until smooth. Stir in remaining flour to make a soft dough.
  4. 4. Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic. Let rise until doubled.
  5. 5. For caramel sauce, melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in brown sugar, cream, and vanilla. Cook until smooth.
  6. 6. Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread with caramel sauce. Roll up and cut into slices.
  7. 7. Place rolls in a greased baking pan. Let rise until doubled.
  8. 8. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
