Instructions

  2. Carefully add the heavy cream and whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir in the milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Remove from heat and let cool.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  5. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  6. Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze until firm.
