- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 cups Milk
- 4 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a saucepan, melt the sugar over medium heat until it turns into a golden caramel. Pour it into a baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
Pour the egg mixture over the caramel in the baking dish.
Place the baking dish in a larger pan filled with hot water. Bake for 45 minutes.
Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
