  • 4 pieces Pork Chops
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 pieces Apples, sliced
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add pork chops and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Remove pork chops and set aside.
  5. 5. In the same skillet, add apple slices, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook until apples are tender and caramelized.
  6. 6. Return pork chops to the skillet and coat with the caramel apple mixture. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
