Pie Crust
- 1 package Refrigerated pie crusts
Filling
- 6 cups Thinly sliced peeled apples About 6 medium apples
- ½ cup Granulated sugar
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
Caramel Sauce
- 1 cup Caramel sauce Store-bought or homemade
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Place one pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
In a large bowl, mix apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour into pie crust.
Drizzle caramel sauce over apple mixture.
Top with second pie crust, seal edges, and cut slits in the top crust.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
Cool for at least 2 hours before serving.
