Caprese Pizza Recipe
A delicious Caprese pizza with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.

Main Ingredients
- 1 unit Pizza dough
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 units Tomatoes sliced
- 1 bunch Fresh basil
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Transfer the dough to a baking sheet.
Brush the dough with olive oil.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced tomatoes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Slice and serve.
