Ingredients

  • 1 unit Pizza dough
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 units Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 bunch Fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced tomatoes.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Slice and serve.
