  • 8 oz Pasta any short pasta like penne or fusilli
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Balls mini or cubed
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil chopped
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
  3. 3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Toss to combine.
  4. 4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
