Caprese Grilled Cheese Recipe
A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese, featuring fresh tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread Preferably sourdough
- 4 slices Tomato Fresh, ripe
- 4 slices Mozzarella Fresh
- 4 leaves Basil Fresh
- 2 tablespoon Butter Room temperature
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
2. Layer mozzarella, tomato, and basil on the unbuttered side of two slices of bread. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side out.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Serve immediately.
