Caprese Chicken Recipe
A delicious and simple chicken recipe with the flavors of Caprese salad.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts
- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
- 8 oz Mozzarella cheese sliced
- 1 cup Basil leaves fresh
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic glaze for drizzling
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until browned.
4. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish. Top each breast with sliced mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and basil leaves.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
