  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 8 oz Mozzarella cheese sliced
  • 1 cup Basil leaves fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until browned.
  4. 4. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish. Top each breast with sliced mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and basil leaves.
  5. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. 6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
