  • 1 Avocado ripe
  • 4 slices Tomato ripe
  • 4 slices Mozzarella fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Basil fresh, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispiness.
  2. 2. While the bread is toasting, slice the avocado and tomatoes.
  3. 3. Once the bread is toasted, spread the avocado evenly on each slice.
  4. 4. Layer the tomato slices and mozzarella slices on top of the avocado.
