Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Cod fresh or thawed
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs plain or seasoned
  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with lemon juice.
  4. Top each fillet with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down lightly to adhere.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
