Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter

Filling

  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, ricotta, and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set. Cool before removing from pan.
