- 1 lb Pecans
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Add water and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture and stir until combined.
Add the pecans to the bowl and stir until they are evenly coated with the sugar mixture.
Spread the pecans in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until the pecans are golden and fragrant.
Allow the pecans to cool completely before serving or storing.
