Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Citrus peels (orange, lemon, or grapefruit)
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Water
1. Cut the citrus peels into thin strips.
2. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil.
3. Add the citrus peels and simmer for about 45-60 minutes until the peels are translucent.
4. Remove peels from syrup and let them dry on a cooling rack.
5. Once dried, you can roll them in additional sugar if desired.
