Ingredients 

Dough

  • 500 g Pizza dough

Filling

  • 200 g Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 100 g Ham diced
  • 100 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a large circle.
  3. Spread tomato sauce over half of the dough, leaving a border around the edge.
  4. Top with mozzarella, ham, mushrooms, and oregano.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and crimp the edges to seal.
  6. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
