Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi rice cooked and cooled
  • 4 sheets Nori
  • 1 cup Imitation crab meat shredded
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 1 Cucumber julienned
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place a sheet of nori on the sushi mat.
  2. 2. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  3. 3. Arrange imitation crab, avocado, and cucumber in a line along the bottom edge of the nori.
  4. 4. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat, applying gentle pressure to shape it.
  5. 5. Slice the roll into 6-8 pieces with a sharp knife.
  6. 6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
