Calabaza Squash and Chicken Recipe
A hearty and flavorful dish combining tender chicken with sweet calabaza squash.

Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Calabaza squash peeled and cubed
- 4 pieces Chicken thighs boneless, skinless
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Chicken broth
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Add to skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
3. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
5. Add cubed calabaza squash and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
6. Return chicken to the skillet. Cover and cook until squash is tender and chicken is cooked through, about 20 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
