Ingredients 

Cake

  • 1 box Cake mix any flavor
  • 1 cup Frosting any flavor

Coating

  • 2 cups Chocolate chips or candy melts
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bake the cake according to the package instructions. Let it cool completely.
  2. 2. Crumble the cake into a large mixing bowl. Add the frosting and mix until well combined.
  3. 3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the vegetable oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  5. 5. Dip the cake balls into the melted chocolate, then place them back on the parchment paper. Let them set.
