  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and minced garlic. Toss to coat.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until shrimp is opaque and cooked through.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice. Garnish with chopped parsley.
