Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ lb scallops
  • 2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and scallops, sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, and cook until opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. 4. Add cooked pasta, shrimp, and scallops back into the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce. Squeeze lemon juice over the top and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
