Caesar Salad Recipe
A classic Caesar salad with a homemade dressing.

Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
- ½ cup Croutons
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
Dressing Ingredients
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
2. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is emulsified.
3. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
4. In a large salad bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
6. Serve immediately.
