Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add brown sugar, heavy cream, and corn syrup. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Attach a candy thermometer to the saucepan and cook until the mixture reaches 250°F (121°C).
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and let it cool completely.
Break into pieces and enjoy.
