  • 1 cup Butter unsalted
  • 2 cups Brown sugar
  • ½ cup Heavy cream
  • ¼ cup Corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add brown sugar, heavy cream, and corn syrup. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Attach a candy thermometer to the saucepan and cook until the mixture reaches 250°F (121°C).
  5. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  6. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and let it cool completely.
  7. Break into pieces and enjoy.
