Butternut Squash with Sage
A simple and delicious butternut squash recipe with sage.

Main Ingredients
- 1 large butternut squash peeled, seeded, and cubed
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the cubed butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the squash evenly on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped sage. Serve warm.
