Butternut Squash Bread

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Butternut Squash Puree
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 Eggs large
- ½ cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
In another bowl, mix together the butternut squash puree, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
