- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs large
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Butter melted
- 2 tablespoon All-purpose Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add the melted butter, flour, and salt to the mixture. Whisk until smooth.
Pour the filling into the pie crust.
Bake for 50 minutes, or until the pie is set and golden brown on top.
