  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
  3. Add the buttermilk and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
