- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tablespoon butter
- to taste Salt

- 2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese optional
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
Drain the noodles and return them to the pot.
Add butter, salt, and pepper to the noodles. Stir until the butter is melted and noodles are well-coated.
