Buttered Green Beans

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans trimmed
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
1. Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt.
2. Add the green beans and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
3. Drain the beans in a colander and return them to the saucepan.
4. Add the butter to the hot beans and toss until melted and beans are well-coated.
5. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
