Main Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar sifted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2-4 tablespoons heavy cream as needed
1. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
3. Add the vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of heavy cream. Beat on high for 3 minutes.
4. If the frosting is too thick, add more heavy cream, one tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
