Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 medium Tomato diced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  3. 3. Assemble the burritos by layering the rice, beans, ground beef, cheese, salsa, lettuce, and tomato on each tortilla.
  4. 4. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll up tightly.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
