Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice cooked
- 1 cup Black Beans rinsed and drained
- 1 cup Corn cooked
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 cup Guacamole
- 1 cup Sour Cream
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
2. In a skillet, heat the black beans and corn until warm.
3. In a bowl, layer the rice, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, salsa, guacamole, and sour cream.
